Our Story — How a Cricketer Built Chennai’s Most Reliable Gifting Brand
Always Giftz LLP was founded by Arumugam, a former competitive cricketer whose journey into business began far from gift boxes and engraving machines — it began on the cricket field. That same discipline, patience, and team-first mindset that cricket demands became the foundation of everything we do today.
Arumugam started small, in the retail and wholesale of sports products, supplying bats, kits, and sporting goods to local teams and retailers across Chennai. Through those years, one thing became clear: customers didn’t just want a product — they wanted it personalized. A team wanted their name on the jersey. A club wanted a custom trophy. A corporate sports day wanted branded mementos for winners.
That recurring demand for personalization became the turning point. What began as customizing sports gear naturally evolved into a full-fledged corporate and personalized gifting business. Today, Always Giftz LLP designs and manufactures 3D-printed gifts, acrylic-engraved plaques and photo frames, custom nameplates, LED photo gifts, and corporate combo hampers — all produced in-house at our Chennai facility.
We also extended our manufacturing strength to support fellow gifting businesses and vendors through dedicated job-work services — helping other gifting partners across India get their acrylic, engraving, and 3D-printing orders manufactured reliably, at scale, without owning the machinery themselves.
